https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search?q=zotero&status=4 -- Meghan told me about zotero, a Firefox add on. I started to use it for a possible review in PSQ. It allows you to take a picture of a website, take notes, or cut and paste information from the site as well as save citation information. This makes researching and saving relevant citations easy. Check it out and recommend it to students. It is an easy way to prevent plagiarism.

http://www.lib.uiowa.edu/pr/cartalog/home.htm This is a site I learned about from Marylaine Block's weekly list of "Neat New Stuff". See what artists have created from discarded cards from old card catalogs.

http://www.jenw.org/loveliest.htm This is really fun. The sampling of old pulp and romance books has been assembled by Jen Wolfe. I heard about it from the sla-cnj listserv's Kristen Fitzpatrick.
